How do I set up a website account?

If you are an existing Pennine Optical customer then you can register for an account using your account number, postcode and email address. Should any issues arise when you are attempting to register your account then please send us an email and we’ll help you get set up.


I haven’t received my password

If you have successfully registered on the website then your password will have been emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived shortly after registration and if you are still unable to find it then please contact us through the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll get back to you shortly.


How do I set up a new account?

If you are not an existing Pennine Optical customer then please fill out the new customer form and one of our representatives will be in touch shortly.


Can anyone place orders on the website?

Pennine Optical sells products directly to businesses and unfortunately do not sell directly to individuals. If you’re not a business and you’ve found a product on our website you’d like to buy then ask your local optician if they carry our frames.


I can’t find a frame I previously purchased from you

Our website reflects our current product lines so if you are unable to find a frame then it is likely we have discontinued that particular model.


I’m having trouble accessing my account

If you have forgotten your account password then fill out the details on this page and we’ll send an email with details on resetting your password. Otherwise please contact us and we’ll help you regain access to your account.


Why can’t I see any prices on the website?

Pricing is only viewable by account holders. If you are not logged into your website account then prices are not available. Login or set up your account and you will be able to see the prices of products.


How can I return an item?

If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us to discuss our returns procedure.


How do I pay for orders online?

Currently we are unable to accept payments online. Order placed online will be processed in the same way as orders placed with sales representatives and you can settle your account in the same way.
